Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Aroma Nest. We are committed to delivering premium quality perfumes.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

- We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and unopened
  • The original packaging and seal must be intact
  • The return request must be made within 3 days of delivery
  • Valid proof of purchase must be provided

- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share an unboxing video and clear product images
  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund

- Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

- The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Items purchased during sale or discount
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

5. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer
  • If the product is damaged or incorrect, we will arrange pickup at no extra cost
